Hi, my name is Gabriela Matusova, and I am from Bratislava, Slovakia. I’ve had a passion for making custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies for more than three decades. I graduated from SOU Spolocneho Stravovania Pastry School at the age of 17. In 1984, I began my career as a Pastry Chef at Carlton Hotel in Bratislava. I came to the US in 2000 and started my own bakery in Homestead, Florida. In 2015 I moved to Aspen Colorado and worked at Casa Tua restaurant as Pastry Chef. In 2021 I open my home baking business there. In 2023 I relocated back to Homestead, Florida.
